Our customer wanted to have a clear visibility on their product write-offs over multiple subsidiaries and geographic locations. The challenge was to harmonize and consolidate all the different data sources coming from different systems and standards and generate consistent management reports for senior management (VP-level and above).

We came up with a tool that used easy to understand heuristics to clean and harmonize data and generated reports that could be easily interpreted by the business in their effort to control costly write-offs.
